Through my practical experience as a leader, I had the opportunity to encounter and practice leadership in a wide variety of corporate environments, from hyper growth start-ups to corporations. For more than 6 years, my role as an HR professional and advisor of other leaders has given me an additional perspective on the challenges you are facing as a leader on a daily basis. What sets me apart as a coach is a solution-oriented and practical approach that is easy to follow. In my coaching I use tools and principles that I use every day as a leader.
